These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") explain the rules for using Maple Gym Tracker (the "App"), an iOS and Android fitness application developed and operated by Maple Digital Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them before using the App.
In brief: Maple Gym Tracker is a personal fitness-recording tool, not a medical service. You are responsible for exercising safely and for information you enter. We aim to keep the App reliable, but features, notifications, and synchronization may not always be available or error-free.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Maple Gym Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store's terms may also apply to your download and use of the App.
2. Eligibility
Maple Gym Tracker is intended for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to register for, access, or use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend access and take appropriate steps to delete the account and associated personal information, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
3. What the App provides
The App helps you organize and record workout sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, training plans, performance history, body measurements, and personal reminders. Some features may use a registered account, local device storage, or synchronization with our servers.
The App is designed for personal fitness tracking. It does not guarantee particular results or provide professional coaching, medical diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Fitness and health disclaimer
Maple Gym Tracker is not a medical device or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Exercise carries risks, including injury. Consider seeking professional advice before beginning or substantially changing an exercise program, especially if you have health concerns or limitations.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, weights, and intensity, using equipment safely, and stopping activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. The App's records and progress summaries should not be used to make medical decisions.
5. Accounts and account security
When registering, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or use someone else's account without authorization.

6. Your fitness records and content
You retain your rights in the workouts, measurements, profile information, and other content you enter into the App. You grant us permission to store, process, transmit, and display that information as reasonably necessary to operate the App and its requested features, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining any personal copies you consider important. Results and calculations depend on the information available to the App and may not be perfectly accurate.
7. Storage, synchronization, and availability
Some data is stored on your device and may also be synchronized with our backend when you use an account and supported synchronization features. Internet connectivity, device settings, service interruptions, software errors, or account changes can affect which data appears on a device or when changes are synchronized.
We take reasonable steps to operate the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, immediate synchronization, or permanent availability of every feature. Keep copies of important records where appropriate.
8. Reminders and notifications
Reminders, alarms, and push notifications depend on device permissions, operating-system behavior, network connectivity, and third-party delivery systems. Delivery and timing cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on App notifications for emergencies, medication, medical care, or other safety-critical activities.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's information or account without permission.
- Interfere with the App's systems, security features, network requests, or service availability.
- Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App software except as permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, including restricting access where necessary, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Maple Gym Tracker, its interface, code, branding, logos, and original materials are owned by Maple Digital Labs or its licensors, except for your own content and third-party materials. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules. No ownership of the App is transferred to you.
11. Advertising and third-party services
The App may display advertisements, including ads provided by Google AdMob, and uses services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party websites or advertisements and do not endorse every advertised product or service.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information and fitness data are handled, including local and server storage, notifications, advertising-related processing, and account deletion. Please review it alongside these Terms.
13. Deleting your account or ending use
You may stop using the App at any time. If you have an account, you can request deletion through the App's Settings → Delete Account feature or by emailing delete@mapledigitallabs.com.
Uninstalling the App is not the same as deleting an account or synchronized records. For details on deletion and possible limited retention, see our Privacy Policy.
14. App changes and service discontinuation
We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features to address security, compatibility, technical, or business needs. Where reasonably practical and required by law, we will provide notice of significant changes affecting users.
15. Future Paid Features and Services
Maple Gym Tracker is currently offered free of charge. Maple Digital Labs reserves the right to introduce paid features, premium services, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or fees for access to all or certain portions of the application in the future.
Any applicable pricing, payment terms, subscription periods, and renewal conditions will be clearly disclosed before a user makes a purchase.
Users will not automatically be charged or enrolled in a paid subscription solely because they previously registered for or used the free application.
Maple Digital Labs may modify the availability or pricing of features, including features previously offered free of charge, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
All purchases and subscriptions will be subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing requirements and consumer protection laws.
16. Warranties and limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose. We do not guarantee exercise outcomes, the accuracy of user-entered fitness records, or notification delivery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Digital Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protection rights.
17. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the App, our services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date and give additional notice where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
